Who am I?
My name is Ilaria, and I am the face and mind behind Weddings by I.
I am originally from the North of Italy but about 9 years ago I decided to leave everything and everyone I knew and move to another country. That’s how I ended up in London!
I have always been a very precise and organised person; it is in my nature. And if you combine that to my attention to details and my love for beauty and elegance, there is only one thing that comes to mind: Weddings!
That is why I decided to start my journey in to wedding planning. After training and collaborating with different wedding planners, I decided it was time for me to make the big step and go solo.
And here I am, ready to help you design and plan your big day, making it memorable and unforgettable for you and your loved ones.

I might not have years of experience or 5 degrees in Events Management, but I have one thing that is more important: I have PASSION. I love what I do and I really throw myself into it.
How I work…
I can take you through the process of the planning step by step, helping you to find your venue and style it exactly as you have always dreamed, with the help of the best suppliers on the market. I have the advantage of speaking both Italian and English fluently and that helps me cultivating meaningful and solid relationship with my suppliers.
Why I do it…
I truly believe that we all deserve a fairy tale, we all deserve to be happy and to live life in the best possible way. If I can contribute even just 1% to someone else’s happiness, I feel good.
The wedding day is a milestone and one of the best day in a person life. That’s why I chose to focus on this day and do my best to give you and your loved ones, the best experience ever.
